All on four dental implants are a complete set of perfect new teeth that are fixed in place, looking and acting just like real teeth. They are not a set of dentures that need to be removed and generally come as 2 front and 2 back individual implants, hence the name “all on 4”. There is a less widely used “all on six” variation of the treatment that we will also offer in more suitable cases, but all on four tends to be the best option for most people.
